The House in the Olive Grove

Set within a 6,000-m² garden, Haus Risos Next Generation offers self-catering accommodations and a large swimming pool, in the area of Toroni. Just 500m from the sea and it has a poolside bar.

The deluxe studios at Haus Risos were elegantly renovated in 2024 and offer refined comforts including a fully equipped kitchenette, smart TV, air conditioning, and a private balcony overlooking the garden.

 

The swimming pool area is surrounded by olive trees and features free sun beds and umbrellas. A playground is also available for the children.

At Risos pool bar guests can enjoy local Greek dishes, while the pool bar serves refreshing drinks and cocktails.

The town of Neos Marmaras is 11 minutes from Haus Risos Next Generation. The complex offers free Wi-Fi in its public areas and free private on-site parking.

The Amenities of Haus Risos

Swimming Pool

Our swimming pool is open all day long. It has sunbeds along with umbrellas and is served by the property's bar. We also have a children’s pool featuring hydromassage jets. The maximum depth is 1.60 m. All hygiene rules are observed as required.

Pool Bar

Our pool bar is open to welcome you from the early morning with pleasant music offering coffee, local delicacies , special cocktails and snacks throughout the day.

Garden

The property is surrounded by a garden with lawned flowers and olive trees. There are scattered landscaped areas for relaxation. The BBQ area is located within the garden and is available for use by arrangement for the tenants of the property.

Children's Playground

Specially designed area for our little ones to spend their time in the garden of our accommodation.

Parking

Parking is free for tenants of the accommodation in a private area within the plot.

CHARGING STATION

An electric vehicle charging station is available in the property’s parking area, allowing you to conveniently charge your vehicle during your stay.

Pet Friendly

Upon request we will happily accept your pets.
